All orders are subject to 1-2 business days handling time before shipping due to high demand of TCG product. Your delivery times are only estimated dates, not guaranteed due to delays including COVID-19, weather, customs, holidays, product demand or delivery errors.


At this time our shipping rates are based on purchase price, as per the following:


$0 - $1 is $18/Flat Rate

$1 - $50 is $20/Flat Rate

$50 - $200 is $19/Flat Rate



$0 - $100 is $23/Flat Rate

$100-$250 is $20/Flat Rate

OVER $250 is $15/Flat Rate


$25/Flat Rate


We ship worldwide but we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applicable based on your shipping country. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government rates and taxes. 


All Canadian orders are shipped with UPS, FEDEX, or CANADA POST. Please allow 2-10 business days after tracking number is provided for item(s) to arrive, as shipping times vary. We choose the fastest and safest shipping on a per order bases. 

All U.S. orders will be shipped with UPS or Canada Post, which then moves too USPS. Please use the appropriate website for the most up to date tracking. Shipping times may vary, so please allow up to 2-10 business days after tracking number is provided for shipping to the U.S. We choose the fastest and safest shipping on a per order bases. 

All International orders can take approximately 7-15 business days to arrive, this depends on customs and other processing that may take place when shipping internationally. We are not responsible for items opened/inspected at customs.

Due to COVID-19 these times may vary, so please be patient.

  • Free shipping cannot be combined with any Exclusive Sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day)

  • Pre-Orders cannot be combined with any coupons

TCG Temple will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.



This is a common issue at the moment as supplies are limited and the manufactures are lowering quality control. This is not a reason for a refund or store credit at this time.


Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing fee calculated based on total order value.


We are accepting returns on some products that are unopened for a store credit. The shipping charge will be up to the customer to pay.

Order Cancellations 

Some orders cannot be refunded at this time. If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive store credit towards a future purchase. 


We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products within 14 days of purchase depending on stock availability. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit can ONLY be redeemed by the person associated with the account. 

Store credit cannot be transferred to another buyer.

Missing Pieces 

If your purchase from us has missing or damaged components, please contact the game's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you are required to include photos and notify us by email at within 24 hours of the product being delivered.  

Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes. 

Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products you have ordered. All decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified via email of any and all changes. This is to control fair inventory for everyone on all high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
